Residential/Seasonal
Availability:
Available for residential and seasonal service for domestic use qualifying as
"Residential Load" as defined in the Pacific Northwest Electric Power
Planning and Conservation Act, P.L.96-501. Generally described as all
usual residential, apartment, seasonal dwellings and farm electric loads or
uses. Any electric use by consumers, which does not so qualify, shall be
served under other appropriate rate schedules of the District. Subject to
the District's established rules and regulations.
Type Of Service:
Single phase, sixty cycle, alternating current at 120/240 volts.
Multi-phase service may be supplied where the District has facilities available.

Low Income Senior Citizen Discount:
Pursuant to RCW 74.38.070, and District Resolution 01-12, low income senior
citizens who have completed a qualified application and are 62 years of age or
older will be exempt from all but $3.00 of the monthly residential Basic Charge
as outlined above. Requirements, application criteria, and income levels
are contained in the above Resolution.
Seasonal Service: Seasonal service is defined as casual or periodic usage
of seven months or less annually. Customers taking such service will
prepay annually a charge equal to 12 times the above monthly Basic Charge.
While service may be discontinued during off season periods at the request of
the consumer, it will not however, relieve the consumer of responsibility for
payment of monthly minimum charges. Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment: The
energy charge component of this rate schedule may be increased to cover any
wholesale power cost adjustment levied against the District by its power
